Overworked, overwhelmed, unsatisfied, and at her breaking point, the Wanderer drops out of life for a day and meets a mysterious teacher, David, What she finds is her purpose—and a better way to live.
In this entertaining and enlightening novel, chapters alternate between scenes in which the Wanderer and her teacher , David discuss Life, and scenes in which she’s living her everyday life (interacting with her husband, children, co-workers, and friends) and applying what she’s learned.
Each chapter ends with three Awakenings, pointed questions that encourage the reader to examine her own thoughts, beliefs, and life; and that encourage discussion. "The Wisdom Chronicles by Teri Harris Saa spoke to my Sethian outlook on life. Collectively we create our own reality with our conscious thoughts. The author uses her ample imagination to flesh out this concept by inventing/creating an inner guide who, like a painter with his paintbrush, paints the surrounding landscape to bring this point home. The book is not only entertaining, but inspiring and illuminating. It gives practical advice without being preachy. I loved the nature walks, and enjoyed the author’s descriptive way of writing. It’s a jewel."

The Wisdom Chronicles by Teri Harris Saa is one of those books that have a way of imparting wisdom we know but have forgotten. In a story-like fashion, Saa teaches the reader "wisdom of the ages" and how it applies to daily living. The Wisdom Chronicles is a wake-up call and can be read and reread. . . . one of those "companion books" you want by your bed stand. It joyfully reminds us that conscious living is really simple; it is we humans who make it complicated.

The Wisdom Chronicles "is straightforward, but its message is complex and valuable."
